We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days to make an in store return. The item must be unwashed and unworn, with the hang tags still on the garment. Water bottles, underwear, bathing suits, and sale/discounted items are final sale. No exceptions.
If you purchased an item online, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your shipment. The item returned to us must be postmarked within 30 days of the order being received, and must be unwashed and unworn, with the hang tags still on the garment. Water bottles, underwear, bathing suits, and sale/discounted items are final sale. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Refunds take up to 21 days from the date of receipt. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. No refunds will be made on returns past the 30 day mark. No exceptions.
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. We are a small, independently owned shop, and it can take a few days to process orders. Please also note our store is closed on Monday's and as such that can impact the time in which it takes to ship your order. We ship via USPS or FedEx, and we will notify you via email when your order ships. We are not responsible for missing items when the carrier shows valid proof of delivery.
