 Saturday, April 8th: Rose’s Physical Therapy

 On April 8th join us for a group run and strength/mobility clinic at Summit to Soul sponsored by Coeur Sports and Rose Phyiscal Therapy. We'll start at 9:00am for a group run of 4 or 6 miles (all levels/paces welcome) to be followed by a short clinic on the 10 strength and mobility moves all runners and triathletes should do (yes that means you!). Stay and shop - we'll have coffee from Slipstream to share and giveaways provided by Coeur Sports. Register here so we can estimate attendance (and the number of goodies!)

Thursday, May 4th: Self Defense Workshop

Tuesday, May 9th: Acceleration Sports Total Body Workout

On Tuesday, May 9th at 7pm come join us as Stacy Peterson, CNS leads a high intensity interval training workout focused on moves that are perfect while traveling, doing at home, or when you don't have time to get to the gym. Every Saturday: DC Road Runner’s CHC 10k Training Program (Mar 18-May 21)

Are you interested in the Capitol Hill Classic 10k? DC Road Runners will be leading a spring training program out of Summit to Soul from March 18th through May 21st. The group will be coached by Capitol Hill’s own Kathy Pugh (also of EZ8DC) and is welcome to runners of all abilities. Group training runs will leave the store every Saturday at 9:00am. The program will also offer a running schedule for participants independent runs during the week. The training program is free to all current members of DC Road Runners and anyone else interested can learn more and join/sing-up here!

Every Wednesday: Find Your Happy Pace Run Club

Meet at Summit to Soul for our 6:30pm Run Club. Distances of two to four miles with strollers, leashes, and all paces strongly encouraged. We leave the store and head to the Capitol where we do a quick hill workout as a group, but done at your own pace.
