Wednesday, August 16th: Group Run Led by Lane 9 Project

Thursday, August 24th: Evening Yoga Class
Taught by Sophia Hyder, this all level flow class offers participants the ability to explore their yoga practice through a warm up and asana postures held for several breaths to open the body, mind, and spirit. Sophia is a Capitol Hill resident who received her RYT 200 from Be Here Now Yoga, and owns Papilia a small business that provides cross-cultural leadership training to a diverse range of clients. Wednesday, September 6th: Yoga On The Run
Join Summit To Soul and East Side Yoga for another session of our popular Yoga On The Run series. The event starts promptly at 6:30pm at Summit To Soul. We will run 1 mile to the beautiful roof deck of East Side Yoga, where the founder Alia Khan will lead the group through 20 minutes of yoga on her roof deck. We will then run the 1 mile back to the store, returning around 7:30pm. As this event is free, and will fill up fast, we ask that you only sign up if you can truly attend!
Wednesday, September 13th: Hoppy Pace Beer Run w/The BRIG
This week we are partnering with our favorite watering hole neighbor, The Brig! We'll run our usual 3-3.5 mile weekly fun run, but this week we'll head to the Brig afterwards for beer, snacks, and conversation. So find your Hoppy Pace, and come on down!

Every Wednesday: Find Your Happy Pace Run Club
Meet at Summit to Soul for our 6:30pm Run Club. Distances of two to four miles with strollers, leashes, and all paces strongly encouraged. We leave the store and head to the Capitol where we do a quick hill workout as a group, but done at your own pace.
